Family Support
Family support programs, also known as home visiting programs, share information, education and champion families. Family support programs strive to provide skills related to parenting, child development, growing problem solving techniques and strengthening family relationships.
Family support staff advocate, assist in enhancing parenting skills, and help caregivers find someone they can depend on. Three key areas of focus are: maternal and child health, school readiness, and strong families. These programs and visits take place within the family’s own home for comfort and ease. Eligibility varies by program.
Nine2Thrive
EveryStep’s Nine2Thrive program helps support the healthy development of your baby during pregnancy by identifying risks and providing a support system.
