Applications are reviewed by Board staff typically within 5 business days. You will receive an email with an attached letter indicating what additional information is required.
Documents may be submitted electronically to the Board office. The Board’s fax number is 515-281-3121. Emailed documents should go to plpublic@idph.iowa.gov.
EXAM INFORMATION
National exam must be completed through the RID National Testing System Assistant or EIPA Diagnostic Center. Exam fees will be paid directly to the testing agency. Applicant will request that exam scores be sent directly from the testing agency to the board.
