Focus Security Requests for Local Agencies

For new employees, print the New Employee Training Checklist (policy 300.11) to use as a standardized checklist with all new employees to assure core tasks and responsibilities are completed. WIC Coordinators must complete a New User Request Form before a two-factor authentication code and access to Focus can be provided. This form needs to be sent to the WIC help desk email. Focus access is only allowed for employees that are paid with WIC funds due to participant confidentiality.

Upon an employee's exit from employment under the WIC program an Inactivate User Request Form needs to be completed and sent to the WIC help desk email on their last day of employment.
