Integrated Health Home (IHH) Learning Collaborative Webinar Archive

An Integrated Health Home (IHH) is a team of professionals, including family and peer support services, working together to provide whole-person, patient-centered, coordinated care for adults with a serious mental illness (SMI) and children with a serious emotional disturbance (SED). Working in collaboration with the Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), the Iowa Medicaid Enterprise (IME) has created an ongoing series of webinars to ensure IHHs receive up-to-date training and information. Below is an archive of webinars broken out by the month each webinar was held.
