Iowa's Survey
Iowa used Phase 7 of the PRAMS survey with babies born in 2013 to 2015. Starting with babies born in 2016, Iowa is using Phase 8. The survey is available is both English and Spanish for both Phases.

Supplemental Questionnaires
Between Questionnaire Phases, short question supplements may be developed by CDC and added to the end of the regular PRAMS Survey. Supplements are used for a short period of time for rapid data collection on topics of emerging concern.
