Notice is hereby given, in accordance with 42 CFR §440.386, that the Iowa Department of Human Services (DHS) has posted for public comment the following Medicaid State Plan Amendments (SPAs) related to programmatic changes to dental benefits provided under the Iowa Medicaid State Plan and via the Iowa Dental Wellness Plan (DWP) effective July 1, 2018.
This notice provides a summary of the purpose of the SPAs and also serves to open the 30-day public comment period. All comments must be received by June 29, 2018.
