Pursuant to 42 CFR § 431.420(c)(3)(iii), notice is hereby given that the Iowa Department of Human Services (DHS) will offer providers, recipients and other interested individuals the opportunity to provide feedback on the progress of the §1115 Iowa Wellness Plan (IWP) Demonstration Waiver during a October public forum, being held pursuant to 42 CFR § 431.420(c).
Comments will be taken during an online public forum on October 8, 2020, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The regular meeting of the Medical Assistance Advisory Council (MAAC) will follow the public forum. The Department will present its annual report on the IWP, including the Iowa Health and Wellness Plan (IHAWP) and Dental Wellness Plan (DWP) during the MAAC meeting on October 8, 2020.
Individuals may access the public forum and provide comments online through Zoom or by telephone. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, in-person comments are not allowed.
