The Iowa Department of Human Services (DHS), pursuant to the requirements outlined in 42 C.F.R. 447.205 and 1902(a)(13)(A) of the Social Security Act, hereby gives notice of the following proposed action regarding updating the premium scale for the Medicaid for Employed People with Disabilities (MEPD) program.
This State Plan Amendment (SPA) proposes to adjust the premium scale for applicants and recipients under the MEPD program with income over 150% of the federal poverty level (FPL).
DHS seeks an August 1, 2020, effective date for this SPA
