Notice is hereby given, in accordance with 42 CFR § 440.386, that the Iowa Department of Human Services (DHS) has posted for public comment two Medicaid State Plan Amendments (SPAs), 19-013 and 19-014, related to dental benefit changes in the Iowa Dental Wellness Plan (DWP).
These changes are effective July 1, 2019, pending federal approval
