The Iowa Department of Human Services (DHS), pursuant to the requirements outlined in 42 C.F.R. §447.205 and §1902(a)(13)(A) of the Social Security Act, hereby gives notice of technical changes regarding the development of PACE capitation rates, counties served by the PACE program, and alignment of approved methodologies and processes.
Prior to finalizing, DHS will consider all written comments received. The comments will be summarized and addressed in the final renewal application submitted to CMS.
