Renew an Existing Individual License:
- Instructions to create an A&A account (Note - PMSB usernames and passwords created before May 1, 2017, are not linked with A&A accounts. You must create a new username and password with an @IOWAID as detailed in the instructions)

Once you have reviewed the instructions above you may proceed to the Regulatory Programs Licensing Portal to CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT or LOG IN WITH YOUR EXISTING A&A ACCOUNT (@IOWAID).
Renew BOTH a Contractor License and Individual License:
- Instructions to create an A&A account (Note - PMSB usernames and passwords created before May 1, 2017, are not linked with A&A accounts. You must create a new username and password with an @IOWAID as detailed in the instructions)
STOP - If you have created an account but have not been linked to your company license, contact the Help Desk at 855-824-4357 or email ADPEREHreg@idph.iowa.gov.
DO NOT complete a New Company Registration.
NOTE: You need to complete the renewal process for both your contractor license and your individual license on the same day in order to receive the discount.
Once you have reviewed the instructions above you may proceed to the Regulatory Programs Licensing Portal to CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT or LOG IN WITH YOUR EXISTING A&A ACCOUNT (@IOWAID).
