- November 22, 2023: Molina Healthcare of Iowa became aware of unauthorized access to an employee's email account between September 25 and 26, 2023. While there is no indication confidential information was downloaded, Molina began notifying the 1,647 affected Medicaid members the week of November 20, 2023.
Members who receive services through Molina can call (866) 846-0830, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. CST to find out if they were affected. Members covered by other managed care organizations are not affected by this breach.
