Web Communication
Iowa Health and Human Services (Iowa HHS) is committed to providing accessible facilities and channels of communication to all members of the public, including people with disabilities. As part of this commitment, Iowa HHS has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and commercial screen reading software. We are implementing a process to address known website accessibility issues and make all forms and processes accessible to people with disabilities.
Iowa HHS regularly scans its website to ensure ongoing compliance and make timely changes to any inaccessible sites. In our ongoing commitment to transparency, we make the most recent report available to the public.
