Sivic Solutions Group, LLC (SSG) completed an assessment of the Title IV-E claims for the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). Their assessment aimed to provide recommendations to maximize the use of federal funds. The contract with SSG has been extended to the end of 2024 to provide subsequent assessments in other areas of HHS.

The Monthly Public Assistance Statistical Report Family Investment Program Report (A-1) is a monthly summary of Family Investment Program participation, Statewide and for each Iowa county. Breakouts are reported based on one parent families, two parent families, caretaker families, and total number of families on FIP.

The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Participation Report (F-1) is a monthly summary of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program participation, Statewide and for each Iowa county. Breakouts are reported based on whether one or more members received some other form of help from the Department of Health and Human Services, or only Supplemental Nutrition Assistance (SNAP): SNAP/FIP, SNAP Medical Assistance, SNAP hawk-I, and SNAP Only.
