Can I Get EITC?
- You may qualify for EITC if you worked at any time in 2020.
- If you have three or more qualifying children and income below $50,954, you could get as much as $6,660
- If you have two qualifying children and income below $47,440, you could get as much as $5,920.
- If you have one qualifying child and income below $41,756, you could get as much as $3,584.
- Even if you do not have any children and earned less than $15,820, you could get as much as $538.
- Income limits for married workers are at least $5,890 higher.

EITC What Should I Bring When I Get Help With My Taxes?
- Your valid Picture ID.
- Copies of all W-2 and 1099 tax forms you received.
- Proof of Social Security numbers or ITINs for family members on your return.
- A copy of your tax return from last year.
- Address and tax identification for any child care provider.
The EITC does not affect eligibility for public benefits, such as Medicaid, Food Assistance,cash assistance such as FIP, Child Care Assistance,or subsidized housing.
