This program has ended. P-EBT was a temporary United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) food benefit that provided extra support to Iowa families with children who were approved for free or reduced-price school meals. All 2023 Summer P-EBT benefits have been issued.  The deadline to request research into missing benefits ended at 4:30 p.m. on 10/31/23.

How do I get a new P-EBT card if I still have a balance on my card?

  • Call 800-359-5802, 24 hours/day, 7 days/week
  • If you need to change the address where your replacement card is sent, call 515-420-6077. Leave a message and your call will be returned.

  • Visit www.connectebt.com
  • You can access a child’s P-EBT card information on the Connect EBT app or on the web at connectebt.com. Download the Connect EBT app to your mobile phone. Available for IOS and Android.

How long do I have to use these benefits?

  • Benefits will expire nine months after the last time benefits were issued on, or spent from, the card. Benefits that are removed from the card cannot be replaced.
