These reports detail the preventive school-based dental program and its data. I-Smile@School provides dental screenings, sealants, fluoride varnish, oral health education, and care coordination services.

The tracking portal includes data about the use of Iowa hospital Emergency Departments for oral health needs and Medicaid paid claims (relative to the Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnosis, and Treatment reports for children receiving dental services).
School Dental Screening Audit Reports
The following reports are the results of audits of school dental screening certificates for Iowa children entering kindergarten and ninth grades. Information reported includes compliance with the requirement and numbers and rates of children with dental treatment needs.
