The ECI Steering Committee was established to provide leadership, organize, manage, and coordinate the activities of the ECI Stakeholders Alliance and the six system component groups. Additionally, there are at-large members on the ECI Steering Committee roster and members designated to meet the requirements of the State Advisory Council (State and Federal).
