You have the option to pay your child’s Hawki premium online using HHS' web application called ClickPay, which is administered through U.S. Bank.

What You'll Need

  • bank account and a valid email address.
  • Your Hawki statement number
  • The case number
  • The member ID number of one child within the family.
  • Both the statement number and the case number can be found on the Hawki Billing Statement you received in the mail.
  • Contact Hawki Member Services at 1-800-257-8563 if you need assistance.
  • The member ID number is not on the statement but can be found on the child’s Managed Care Organization (MCO) ID card.
  • Users will need to fill out this information each time they make an online payment unless they setup recurring payments.

You can make a one-time or recurring online payment. You will get an email from U.S. Bank confirming your payment.  It may take Hawki up to two business days to process your online payment.

Important Notices

  • Premium payments made using ClickPay can only be withdrawn from a checking or savings account.
  • We are not able to process debit or credit card payments.
  • You are limited to 12 recurring payments. It is your responsibility to setup recurring payments again after 12 months or stop your recurring payment when your premium obligation or enrollment in the Hawki program ends.

Online payment is optional. HHS will continue to accept Hawki premium payments via the mail. Please mail your payment to:
