Iowa HHS State Plan for Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), effective October 2025, is available for public comment. Comments should be submitted electronically no later than December 15, 2025, to matthew.uthoff@hhs.iowa.gov. The final October 2025 TANF State Plan will be available on this page shortly after January 1, 2026, including any changes made in response to comments received.
