How to Report - Choose the Method That Fits You 

Iowa Medicaid protects taxpayer dollars and ensures services go to eligible, proper use. To do this, we rely on you - members, caregivers, providers, and partners - to report any potential misuse. Your report could make a big difference; every tip helps keep Medicaid strong and fair.
