Iowa’s Medicaid Enterprise Modernization Effort (MEME) is an ongoing program that ensures the complex Information Technology (IT) ecosystem supporting Medicaid’s transactional processing, data coordination, and analytic capability meets all operational requirements and business priorities. The program is driven primarily by regulatory compliance and business outcomes, while improving overall IT capability, flexibility, cost and resilience guide decision making as well.
