Town halls are virtual monthly meetings for Medicaid members and providers to learn about the Medicaid program, receive updates and voice any questions or concerns directly to the Iowa Medicaid state team. Town halls are also a way for Iowa Medicaid to gather feedback from members and providers and work toward solutions. 

Town Hall meetings are held:

  • First Thursday of the month: Members Only
  • Third Thursday of the month: Providers and Members

Members who need assistance with signing-up may contact Iowa Medicaid Member Services at 1-800-338-8366.

These are virtual meetings, but there is a call-in option is available for those unable to stream live video.
