Notice

Iowa Medicaid has identified a system issue associated with recent updates supporting Informational Letter (IL) 2719 related to Personal Needs Allowance (PNA). Temporary data discrepancies may be visible in the Iowa Medicaid Portal Access (IMPA) system across client participation amounts, enrollment and LTSS eligibility spans. Iowa Medicaid will provide status updates on the resolution as they become available.
