Pursuant to 42 CFR § 431.420(c)(3)(iii), notice is hereby given that the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services will offer providers, recipients, and other interested individuals the opportunity to provide feedback on the progress of the §1115 Iowa Wellness Plan (IWP) Demonstration Waiver during an April public forum, being held pursuant to 42CFR § 431.420(c).
Comments will be taken during an online public forum on April 18, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The Department will present its annual report on the IWP, including the Iowa Health and Wellness Plan (IHAWP) and Dental Wellness Plan (DWP) during the Iowa Medicaid Townhall meeting on April 18, 2024.
Individuals may access the public forum and provide comments online through Zoom or by telephone.
